It is indeed a Black Sheep. They were great to work with.
The frame is modeled after the Tout Terrain Silkroad with some differences.
I have never tried the Jeff Jones H-bar and have about 500 miles with it now. I think I prefer it to the standard riser bar I used previously. In headwinds it provides an aero option. Haven't been on a long ride yet since I'm rolling studs until Spring.
I wanted a bike I could ride everyday in any weather and perhaps start some touring this year.
Weight without bags is 32 pounds. I don't really care much about it and wanted a low maintenance dependable rig.
The Schmidt/B&M lighting is quality.
