I kinda looked at the Florida trip to the Withlacooche Trail to be "touring" I got a motel room 100' from the trail and did several 20 ish mile rides a day. Not an epic journey but I'm easily entertained. I liked doing this as I had a confortable base, no support problems and didn't have to ride a preplanned distance.
