The Passage, when completed, will run from Point State Park in Pittsburgh, at the start of the Ohio River, to Cumberland, MD. Currently there is a stretch of about a mile that is being planned, running through the parking lot of a water park. Homestead, strikingly enough, is the current preferred starting point.
