Feel free to shoot me for stating an opinion - Boeshield T9 was developed for Boeing and IMO you're paying through the nose for a product that is very similar to WD40 except for the wax content, which isn't a plus if you're using it as a cleaner anyway.

So we're using WD40 (gallon containers) and a parts washer or a rag supplemented by alcohol on items like rims, rotors etc. I'm assuming you have fans and filters in the shop to minimize breathing any of this stuff.

Solvents like Varsol are cheaper but are more hazardous both to your health and that of rubber bicycle components .
