There are many fine automotive cleaning products that don't strip off the protective wax.
Re-waxing anything but a full-stripped frame is a PITA in my opinion and stripping the wax unless it is necessary for a deep cleaning and follow-up re-wax is a mistake IMHO.
If you know of a cleaning product that will get these clean without stripping wax from the nearby frame (if there was any wax to strip, which is generally not the case), then recommend us some products. To answer your question, no, our shop doesn't wax frames in most cases. Some spray polish maybe.
