This is my regular fair weather commuter, except add a small bag with pump under the saddle, different saddle, bike computer, and a really small front light on the handlebar (I've been leaving late enough not to need a light lately). I have a rear light on the back of my helmet, no mirrors, airzound or bell, and I leave my lock on the rack at work. Actually the stem is one or two spacers lower than the picture too.

I guess I get at least some points for keeping the dork disc on?
