I don't know...it's obviously not ready for the road forum's "Hot 'R Not" thread, but that's a pretty cool bike.
Also, my "tire lights" phrase coining seems to have failed. It was based on the photo and was meant to refer to reflective strips on the tire. So you're at 1/10, which seems about right for the fredliness of that bike.
