I just gussied up my bike recently. Put it somewhere you'll see it.
Top tube is a great place of course and it'll stay protected from road debris and lubes.
I just had a custom sticker made up to cover a warning label at the base of my seat tube.
I also picked up a medallian for the patron saint of cycling and installed that.
