95' mixed Z2/Z3 with 3x10'x3' mid-Z4 in the middle.
Felt like I was fighting myself on the bike. I suspect when I concentrate too much on my stroke that I end up tightening up and losing all efficiency. Something I'll need to keep an eye on. Other than that, not a bad w/o.
