Breaking Up Daily Training Mileage
Hi All!
I have recently started to train for my first century (and beyond). Because I work a 9-5 job and don't particularly like riding in the dark (I ride on roads in an urban area), I'm having problems setting aside a chunk of time for my 30+ rides during the week.
Can I break my daily training mileage into morning and night sessions, or is it very important to ride those miles all in one go?
Thank you so much for suggestions. This forum has been really helpful in figuring out nutrition and a training schedule!
