Cut out soda altogether (if you haven't already). Years ago, I used to drink Coke like a mother****er and dropped about 10 lbs right away when I decided to knock it off.
Every soccer season I had to cut out soda, and I always did that too. Dropped like 10-15 in the first few weeks. I should probably do that again, and make it stick this time. I've put on like 30 lbs since starting college.
