Your breath would go right up inside.
I started wearing Scott goggles and a neoprene half mask and it is real good to -10C.
But it even had trouble, not really fogging but ice accumulation on the inside at -15C and colder, but
that was after some pretty hard exertion and then stopping. Once you get fogged/iced in -15 and colder
it is pretty hard to clear things up. If the wind isn't howling you can lift the goggles off your face for a while
and things can dry off.
I should start carrying a clean soft piece of cloth to mop things up when it gets too bad.
