My goal is just to get enough rides in this summer but Son-in-Law has put on about 30lbs in the last year. A few problems kept him off the bike. But since he had his eyes sorted last year he has been riding- down the gym- commuting on the bike and a bit of Eating the right type of food. He still has a gut but following him on the bike he is no longer "FAT". Buttocks and legs have toned up and 10 of the 30 have gone.
His wife that has just partaken of the right food has lost 7 lbs in the same time. My Daughter does not do exercise. She doesn't have time with the running about she has to do with the grandchildren.
