6'2", Biking took me from 400+ down to 320 ( so far ) I haven't crushed my 2010 Specialized Allez Sport yet, 2,000 + miles on it, 2 spokes 1 back tire worn out. That bike is GREAT ! only had to true the rims 2 maybe 3 times ( no lie) 80% of my riding is on a "rail to trail" path, average 16.5 mph, ride 24 miles round trip to work ( they have a shower ! haha) twice a week + spin classes. I wear riding bibs with shorts and a t-shirt over them haha. not thin enough yet to pull that off. hooked on road bikes ! never gonna give it up, it saved my life !
