Thanks ya'll. To AlphaDogg, those look like they'd work for me good. To Whitefiretiger, I'll definitly consider the grip-shifter route also.

However, I gotta be honest I think I'm gonna convert to single speed here when I get the money for a frame haha (I live in Texas and it's pretty flat) but I will need a shifter solution for the time being, becuase right now it is broke and stuck in low gear haha.
