My main bike is a cyclocross intended bike (Lemond Poprad) and I ride it quite a bit on single track as well as in group rides, etc. Once I started riding it off road I felt much more comfortable with on road obsticals. I think its nice that its even the same bike (with different tires) so the handling translates very well.
In once of Lance's books I remember he said after his series of crashes he spent 2wks focusing on nothing but handling to get that in shape & rebuild handling confidence. What do you folks think he did in those 2wks or what kind of practice is good for improving handling?
