15hrs this week, 295 miles. Feel fresher than I did at the beginning.
I think it is safe to say that I am doing it right.
Coach has me taking 2 days off, after which he's transitioning me into intervals. Told me to find lots of hills and climb them as fast as I can. "I want you to taste blood after every interval. Don't stop until you reach the top". Also, 4x10min @ 30mph+ with 5min rest between efforts. Also, lots of other tasty, terribly hurty things.
I am contented.
