You could always get the main tubes and the chainstays out of Zona which is very stiff. Or maybe just the chainstays. Nobium is also used by a lot of framebuilders for good stiffness to weight.

Most likely if you told a framebuilder that you needed the bike stiff, they'd be able to tell you what they'd use.
