Ah! Never had Indian food but when we rolll by a joint, sure smells good. I like the spice smell. Doesn't seem to capture Gina's attention so we haven't tried it yet.

I did see a place featured on tv where they threw slabs of dough onto the inside walls of a fire pit type stove. Made flat bread type stuff. Food on the show looked real good and so do the pics you posted.
