Yep. Apparently I need to learn. I don't like pedaling faster than a rotation every second or two. Those were just guesses at speed, I'm not the best at it.

And I'm definitely at the bottom of experience here, to be sure. I'm not all pro about it, just in it for weight loss.

Edit: Just did some research, it looks like the optimal cadence is faster than what I'm at. Right now I'm at about 30-60 RPM, and the guide says I should be at 60-80 to save my knees.

Edit 2: So a slower cadence makes it harder. I'll spend tonight's ride trying to time out at least one revolution a second and see how it goes!
