Warhawk makes a 37/130 by placing the bolt circle diameter up in the teeth.

It used to be available by order from their site at www. chainrings.com, but it seems to have dropped off.

Since 35 is a multiple of 5, I would think that same approach would work for well for a 35 on a 5 bolt 130 bcd pattern, but nobody else makes anything smaller than 38T in 130 bcd. Maybe the folks at Warhawk already tried it. I work fairly close to them and sometime this year I'm going to custom order something from them, maybe I'll get some insight when I stop in.

If one has a 35T 110 or 94, maybe one could give it a try drilling 5 holes.
If not one could obtain or make a spider to mount a 110 BCD ring on 130 bcd cranks.
