I do ride small frames-50/51. The Pinarello is a conventional top tube that is nearly level and has the Road Morph fitted. It only just fits.

The mini Morph is the one I had to buy for Boreas as The road morph is too long- It is also too long for the TCR. Both these frame have sloping top tubes so watch the pump you buy if you have small frames. And the Mini Morph works well- just takes a bit longer to get to pressure but on one ride I checked pressure after a puncture and I had got to 120psi with ease
