Ya, free wheel, and yea clinchers. I did call the shop locally and they are actually decent with old stuff. So I dropped it off and told them to go through the mechanical parts and make it operational. Sorry about not getting the technicalities right, I am trying to learn this stuff. I will wait and see what the shop has to say. Is there an option to the current 13-23 free wheel? I really need at least a 25 for the hills in the area. I have no idea where to look for parts.
You might get away with
a Sunrace HG 7-Speed 23-25T Freewheel if your spacing is 126mm between the DO's.
I have purchased a lot of the Sunrace 6-speeds (13-28) and they have been good, but your Nuovo Record rear derailleur is not going to like the 28T cog very much: Its max rated capacity is 26T .
