You might get away with a Sunrace HG 7-Speed 23-25T Freewheel if your spacing is 126mm between the DO's.

I have purchased a lot of the Sunrace 6-speeds (13-28) and they have been good, but your Nuovo Record rear derailleur is not going to like the 28T cog very much: Its max rated capacity is 26T .
