Hey folks,

I have been looking at bike shorts and deciding which are the ones to get. I am looking at a site called Aero Tech Designs, they seem pretty good and the prices are not bad. I see Bib-shorts and I am wondering if those are better than standard shorts? My back isn't the very best from my years of working in the coal mines and the bibs almost look like they could act as a back support with the compression and all.... thoughts?
