I am not sure. He seems to have disdain for cyclists in general and he absolutely disagrees with any investment in cycling infrastructure. He does not like traffic being disrupted for the small # of cyclists comparatively speaking.
He will probably get away with his rant, whereas, Tony Kornheiser was 'called to the carpet', by Lance Armstrong. So the idiot DJ in Minn./St. Paul, won't get reprimanded by the station's programming director, or by the company that owns the station.
