Wiggle is, AFAIK, the only US source for Boardmans. Man, I wish he'd build just a little bit bigger.
Only time I've seen one of these unicorns in the wild was when United Healthcare had a few at their booth for the USAPROCYCLINGWHATEVER, and that was only their road and TT. They were sharp, though, and I've been a fan since.
