Budget is dependent on funds available, but it must be inexpensive, cheap or free is possible! And I have yet to find a uk seller on ebay with a desired bike willing to ship to North America.
Gonna be hard pressed to find a high end mixte frame in the US for "cheap/free or inexpensive"!
