That is pretty impressive with the size estimation just off the picture! I see what you mean about the seat now, it is at the lowest setting and it definitely didn't need to be raised. I guess I should probably forget about that since size is probably the most important factor.
The schwinn probably is better for me height-wise. I will use some of that stuff and may sell the magnetic resistance thing on eBay because I would likely never use that. It does say that the schwinn has shimano components as well, or are there other things that make it significantly lesser value than other road bikes? There should be a pic of the schwinn a couple posts up, unless that only appears on my profile for w/e reason.
Bottom line: If the lemond is too big I'm dropping that. Will the schwinn be a good investment as an entry level road bike for tris or should I wait until something else comes along in my price range.
