Do not buy the Schwinn. It is a low end bike, should be a couple hundred bucks. The rest of the stuff is maybe useful, maybe not. Do you really need a magnetic trainer? How about simply going out and riding? Does the car carrier even fit your car? Etc.
You're buying a bike for triathlons, meaning a more demanding use than 99% of bicyclists out there. You should get a good bike. Wait for something like the LeMond to show up in your size.
Speaking of size, you have to find out what size frame you need, lest you spend $500 on a bike that leaves you in agony. Do some research on that - easy to google it.
