Not as being embarrased, but just dont want to get on the elvator with cargo pants and adidas jacket and helmet hair, when everybody else has on slacks and starched shirts. I think I need to find some semi-profesional commuting clothes and just fix my hair in the restroom and do the full change into work dress atire in my office.
There are quite a few options for this... However, most really nice looking cycling oriented clothes are pricey. To me, totally worth the cost, but that's really a personal preference.

I wear Rapha trousers on and off the bike and they pass as trousers. I plan to get some Outlier pants as well.

One thing I do that might be useful for you as well. I carry a dopp kit with me in my bag. Has my hand towel, comb, cologne, chap stick, first aid, etc etc. I plan my ride so that I have at least 10 mins to stand outside and just let my body cool down and wipe the sweat off my brow before stepping inside, walking through my office, and into the restroom to properly change and wash up.
