I wear Rapha trousers on and off the bike and they pass as trousers. I plan to get some Outlier pants as well.
One thing I do that might be useful for you as well. I carry a dopp kit with me in my bag. Has my hand towel, comb, cologne, chap stick, first aid, etc etc. I plan my ride so that I have at least 10 mins to stand outside and just let my body cool down and wipe the sweat off my brow before stepping inside, walking through my office, and into the restroom to properly change and wash up.
Outlier and Rapha are snappy! I saw those in your signature, but didn't know what they were. Thanks for the help, sounds like we have similar commuting challanges.
