I love the bombproofness for my commuter. The derailleur hanger got bent parked at work (I hate how d-nozzles who park on the racks treat other people's bikes, this wasn't the first time I came back to have something knocked out of alignment) so the indexing was all screwed up. Flipped it over to friction and never bothered to get the hanger fixed (whole new drive train is going on as soon as I build up some wheels to move from freewheel to freehub).
