I recently upgraded my drivetrain to 105 from sora (including a new chain), and it sounded silky smooth until this morning when I decided to give the chain, cassette, and derailuers a wash/lube.

Now the chain sounds way more grindy, and when i pedal backwards and listen closely it definitely sounds like there's some faint metal on metal scraping that's not natural. I'm pretty sure I lubed everything pretty thoroughly, but since this was my first time washing/lubing, who knows.

Any suggestions? I'm really hesitation to ride with this sound...
