Mine was found in a shed at the city park while I was working there, lots of weeds growing up thru the wheels. A Maruishi Emperor.
Its a cheaper frame, I guess, the lugs are rough and no derailer hanger. But it is one of those rigs that just ride really nice. Its been lots of things, fixed gear/single speed, rando, three speed and right now a north road bar city bike with stem shifters(I wanted to try it, not a huge fan, going back to the bar ends).
Here it is in touring mode. It had Shimano 600 on it when I found it, and thats pretty much what it gets in gearing mode. Love my Maruishi.



And to prove that I ride it(at least to train stations). I am seriously considering taking on my Mississippi River Trail ride this summer instead of my Univega GT. No brazons, but I love the ride.
