I had some sort of Terry ass hatchet on my old 2003 Bianchi Pista that I got right before doing a century (bike was used, came with the seat, I was young). Not good. Then went through all the "cool" seats- Turbo, Regal etc. Eventually sold the bike built up a beautiful old Italian lugged steel frame and bought the much loved Brooks. It sucked. A year later after much riding and another century on it, it still sucked. Sold the bike due to other issues (frame was too small). Got a Redline 925 and realized the best seat I had was the WTB on my old 1991 Specialized Rockhopper. Bought one for the Redline. Comfy. Heresy I know. I should be covered in Proofhide and burned at the "fixie" stake.
yeah I hear you on that, well I guess its either spoon or rocket v comp in that case. even though I have the money I wouldn't want to pay $100 for a saddle and be disappointed with it.
