Howdy,
Today the fur on my right leg protected me against what could have been a nasty wasp sting, I felt the wasp hit my shoulder, then when I looked down the little bugger was wallowing in the hair on my leg trying to get his stinger stuck into something. Had I had bare legs I would have had to swear or something but all it took was a flick of my right index finger and he was gone.
Chock one up for hairy legs.
