The pedals/clips/straps are most likely crap but things that effect fit and comfort are most important. Ride the bike before thinking about "upgrades". I could recommend a bunch of parts that I like but that doesn't necessarily mean they'll be good for you.
thanks for the input. i know in the end it will depend on my preference, i just wanted to see what you guys think should be taken care of first.
A friend of mine said to pick up some new pedals because they are pretty small and that mks is pretty popular. which clip less mks platform pedal would you recommend?
Also when i went to the lbs the guy told me not to get the kilo tt because some of the parts were hard to find that were compatible and that id be better off with a SE draft lite, is this true or was the guy trying to make some commission?
I remember also coming across a thread on here saying with the kilo tt you should replace the crank and lockring
