Very interesting. Reasonably priced. I imagine it will work with almost any downtube shifter? Looks cleaner than Kelly Take Offs. Can't shift from the drops. Exposed shift cable.

Not yet but I'm planning to as soon as the V-brake compatible levers are available, probably in April. I have Kelly Take-Offs on my rain bike and these look a bit more comfortable and convenient.
