It's not my bike (yet), believe me I would have never put bars like those on it. This one is on an internet auction in country where I live and that auction will end soon. I'm seriously considering buying it (despite bars and brake levers) since it seems like a potentially decent deal. That's why I needed to know what it is, since I wasn't able to find much information about it.

Could you perhaps elaborate this a bit, please? I take it you're satisfied with it? Would it be good as a commuter bike? All comments about it are welcome.
