My Superior came with no such thing. I found it as a bare frame.......NOS still in the box. I discovered it at an old bike shop going out of biz sale. It came with nothing save for the headset cups, which I removed and sent to BF member, Pastor Bob. This frame does not have the mount for the kickstand, it came from the factory with a proper chainstay bridge.
Ah, sorry. I got your superior confused with the other one that was just posted here recently. Mine also has the chainstay bridge instead of a kickstand. I do like those kickstands though.
