Ok think ill take it in to the wheel guy at the lbs again then if it does it again. I just spent my morning going threw it. The tension is good and the wheel is true as can be. Crossing my fingers here.

The original hub flange outside width was 58.15mm, inside was 50.8mm
The coaster hub flange outside is 65.08mm, inside is 55.56mm

Is the flange width my problem?
