PROTIP: if you can, find a bolt that will thread into the bb spindle to hold the tool tight to the bottom bracket itself (might need some washers to get it snug), these tools strip out REALLY easily, especially if you're like me and rarely bother to chase the threads to get all the gunk out first. Tighten the drive side (or whichever is attached to the cartridge itself) first, then redo the bolt trick on the other side and tighten that as well, you'll have to keep tightening the bolt as you go, but it's a small price to pay.

Probably don't have to remind you that the drive side is left threaded and the non drive is normal threaded, but I will anyway.
