As far as unacceptable to drive like an ass. People have emotions. Those emotions affect their judgement and actions. That's a cold hard unemotional fact. The only way to stop it completely is to stop all driving. I don't see that happening.

I can't speak for others but I know I have made my share of mistakes behind the wheel, on foot or on a bike. I don't have any solutions. I just try to not make the same mistake the next time.
