The bars are 64-40 Giro bend, most common, the earlier ones with the decorative crests get the notice.
So you are saying given the age it is most likely a 26.4? If so I am seeing the price for the stem around $40? The handlebars seem to be all over the place.

Do you have a better pic of the seatpost? What is the bolt/nut for? What size is it? unless it is something special I think $15 will do for a value.
As far as the seatpost goes, it is rare in the fact that these scwhinn's were not made to accept a clamp of any sort. So this seat post was made for them; however, they are becoming hard to find from what I gather on the web. Due to many of them breaking around the nut over time due to improper tightening.
