OC and San Diego rock! The views are spectacular. However too many cars, tourists (sorry 909ers!). As the curious kid mentioned:

"Not much variety for climbing in OC. San Fernado Valley has much gretaer variety of rides and immediate access to Big Tujunga, Little Tujunga, Angels Crest, Mullholand, La Tuna, GMR, La Tuna canyon, Malibu, PCH, Rose Bowl ride, Montrose ride, Simi ride, Barry Wolfe ride. Griffith Park, LA River Trail. OC pales in comparrison"

Have to agree. Big & Little Tujunga are the gateway to Santa Clarita Valley. Lots of bikeways and nice riding out there and I would say less cars.
