So, I figure that a jersey+bibs with arm and leg warmer would not be so hot. So, what do you put on when you ride in the cold? (by cold I mean 0 to 10celcius. (32 to 50F for you)

I was thinking about a base layer under my jersey, but is it enough?
Below 50 I wear a long sleeve jersey, shorts, and leg warmers. Below 45 I add gloves. Somewhere between 40 and 45 I add a shell. It rarely gets below freezing here (I didn't see any ice for my first four years living in California). Unless it's raining too and I wear more.

When I lived in Colorado I liked ear warmers and added wind-resistant cycling pants for freezing weather.
