Bummer about the repaint. If it fits, I'd redecal it and ride it. It's a neat bike, but I personally wouldn't pay much more than $200 due to repaint and fork. I think Repechage has it right above.

Edit: and given the loss of the chrome lugs, I'd consider doing some lug lining when redecaling it.
