Yeah, my employer participates in commuter program but doesn't offer the bike benefit either. Those amounts are set by the government, by the way, so you see their priorities here: $250/month parking allowance for drivers and $20 monthly allowance for bike commuters.

Besides our benefit is handled by Wage Works who are just bunch of crooks and scammers, I wouldn't deal with them anyway.
