I have that problem with my older Primal Wear jerseys. I think it has more to do with the fact they use such a small (tooth size) zipper, and are thrying for such an aero effect with the fabric, that it makes it difficult to zip up/down one handed. If they would just use a larger tooth zipper and not roll the fabric edges over the zipper itself, it would run more smoothly.
