I believe the mrrabbit here on the forum has been maintaining one. Hopefully, he'll post with a link, or you can just search of any of his posts which usually have a link to his site.

A big raised W on the head is Wheelsmith but to my knowledge they never made a 1.8/1.6/2.0 spoke, unless it's a recent addition to the line. Are you sure it's not a 2.0/1.7/2.0? (the thread itself is 2.3mm). You might check the wheelsmith site.
